This agreement is effective until terminated by SGS Datta Yoga Center at any time without notice. SGS Datta Yoga Center may in its sole discretion terminate this Agreement or suspend your account at any time without notice to you, in the event that you breach (or SGS Datta Yoga Center reasonably suspects that you have breached) any provision of this Agreement. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the site content and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the site. The disclaimers and limitations set forth in this agreement shall survive.

Other

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Venue for any action shall be proper in the courts of New Jersey.
