Under an initiative named "Helping Hands", SGS Datta Yoga Center actively supports and participates in various social service activities to help the community and the needy.
Build and Donate Bicycles to the Needy
On May 4, 2024, bicycles were built by Helping Hands youth team at SGS Datta Yoga Center, and were donated to Sisterhood, Inc, a nonprofit organization from Burlington. The bicycles were distributed to the needy children in Burlington through Sisterhood, Inc.
Serving Hot Meals to the Homeless
Helping Hands team volunteers prepared and delivered 200 meals to the homeless shelter located in Hoboken, New Jersey on Jan 7, 2024.
